I like you to use yoga poses as a tools to getting know your body,
Improve and/or maintain mobility and functionality of your body and mind.
Do yoga to keep your body functional, and make your mind flexible.
Flexible mind keeps your calm, ease your day, and stressless life.
In my opinion, yoga is for everybody, but not all yoga poses are not for Every Body,
and we must practice Savasana (final relaxation pose, picture below) in every yoga class (or everyday) to improve QOL, all other yoga poses are optional.

- Day 2:Twist (spine, seated, lung)
- Day 3:Child Pose to Down-Dog
- Day 4:Chair, Tadasana
- Day 5:Forward Bend (Seated, Standing, Spine)
- Day 6:Hip Opener (Butterfly, Pigeon )
- Day 7:Shoulder Opener(Threading needle, puppy, side-bend)
- Day 8:Lunge(Twist, back-bend, low&high)
- Day 9:Warrior series(1, 2, reverse, Side-Angle)
- Day 10:Goddess Pose
- Day 11:Balance Pose(Tree, Eagle)
- Day 12:Plank, Up-dog, Cobra

Beginner's Yoga Class
- 12 classes series starts on September.20th, 2022
- Tuesday & Thursday 9:00~9:30am(Central Time)
- This is online only class (Zoom will be used)
You will need...
- Yoga Mat
- Water (if you need)
- Internet connection (class is held at Zoom)
- A device with camera (so we can meet on Zoom)
- Set the camera to make your whole body visible. (so I can make verbal adjsutment)

- The series pass is valid between 09/20/2022 and 10/28/2022.
- You are committing to 12 Beginner's Yoga classes,
- You have access to all regular online class during above time period.
- You will have one 30minutes private session with me
